Thomas is a highly superstitious man. All efforts by his wife and a close family friend to change his beliefs bring no result. Thomas is convinced that the appearance of an old classmate brings him the luck he’s been waiting for. A series of unpredictable comical events reverses Thomas’ outlook about superstition.
